These Terms of Service govern your use of streamaction.xyz and participation in any contests or promotions operated by Stream Action Live ("we", "us", or "our"), a brand of DarBet Digital LLC. By using this site or participating in any contest, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in any contest or promotion.
• Contests are open to legal residents of the United States and Canada, except where prohibited by law.
• Employees of DarBet Digital LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to win prizes.
• Void where prohibited by law.

2. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win any contest operated by Stream Action Live. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. Participation is free.

3. Contest Rules

• Contest entry requires participation in a YouTube live stream chat during the designated contest period.
• Each contest will specify its entry method, prize, and duration at the start of the stream.
• Winners are determined by the criteria announced at the start of each contest (e.g., first correct answer, closest guess, or random selection).
• We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any winner before awarding a prize.
• Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash, except at our sole discretion.
• Winners will be contacted via YouTube chat or email within 7 days of the contest ending.
• If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

4. Prizes

Prizes, when redeemed, are delivered electronically by email unless otherwise stated. Prize types and values are determined by Stream Action Live at its discretion. We are not responsible for prizes lost due to incorrect contact information provided by the recipient.

5. Contest Integrity

To ensure fairness, contest answers are sealed in an AES-256 encrypted file before each stream begins. The password is revealed live on stream after the contest closes, allowing any participant to independently verify the answer. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant found to be cheating, using bots, or otherwise manipulating contest outcomes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Stream Action Live and DarBet Digital LLC are not responsible for:

• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors on YouTube's platform
• Lost, delayed, or misdirected prize deliveries caused by incorrect information
• Any taxes or fees associated with receiving a prize (winners are solely responsible for applicable taxes)

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including graphics, logos, and text, is the property of DarBet Digital LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. YouTube's Terms

Participation in our live streams is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
